Hotel Londra offers two congress areas, the “Europa” made up of at least seven changeable rooms that may form one large room able to accommodate up to 230 people with exhibiting space and a business centre, with separate entrances, and then the “Millennium” area which is made up of six changeable rooms with natural light, accommodating a total of 80 people.

Congress Centre ‘EUROPA’ LARGE EXHIBITING SPACE The congress centre ‘Europa’ has the advantage of a large foyer surrounding the meeting room which offers an opportunity for exhibits, coffee breaks and a welcome desk. SECRETARY OFFICE OR BUSINESS CENTRE Serviced with a telephone line and fax, computer programmed with Windows and internet connection, printer, photocopier and all basic stationary needs. ENTRANCE The Europa Congress Centres meeting rooms are accessible internally from Hotel Londra or directly from outside the hotel.

Congress Centre ‘MILLENNIUM’ The Congress Centre Millennium provides natural light and a maximum capacity of 80 people and a welcome desk. Included in the renting fee of each meeting room is the following: mineral water, pens, paper, flip chart, overhead-projector, amplification system. On request: slide projector, VCR, monitor, personal computer, printer, photocopying machine, telefax, office services and simultaneous translation.

Garden Lounge Restaurant & Bar

Lively, contemporary, versatile: these are the 3 adjectives that describe the spirit of the new Restaurant and Lounge Bar at Hotel Londra Florence, inaugurated in November 2004. It’s the perfect location not only to taste the restaurants classical Italian and Florentine dishes revisited with modern contents and contemporary presentation, but also for encounters, trendy events, fashionable aperitifs inside the location or in the Garden Lounge.
The bar area is defined by a long gold counter, facing a large red upholstered bench and wall with two low tables of the same colour. The ceiling above the bar displays two contemporary flexible tree branch like lamps with each branch projecting light from the tips. From the bar you enter the restaurant which faces a column framed glass wall facing the shaded garden area ‘Garden Lounge’. White and red colours are repeated in the décor in the restaurant area, with metal based small red square tables and off white chairs, white chargers on the table display in red the logo of the restaurant ‘ONE’.
With the first ray of light the Garden Lounge welcomes its clients: the atmosphere is relaxing, with an exotic touch thanks to the long bamboos surrounding the perimeter of the garden area, warm wood flooring and a seating area furnished with both chairs and coaches lined with soft white inviting cushions, two large white canopies also create a shaded area where one can enjoy a refreshing drink even on the warmest day.
We must also make present the two dining rooms dedicated for smokers where one may enjoy a cigarette or cigar during dinner.
The gastronomic selection of the restaurant ‘ONE’ offers a variety of appetising hors d’oeuvres, soups, rice starters and pasta, as well a vast selection of meat and fish entrees.
